Who we are
Briz Business Solutions is led by Alivia, and we keep the books for a working mix of small businesses: architecture and construction firms, an aerosol packaging manufacturer, a glassworks, a Montessori school, a grocery and deli, advertising agencies, an auto parts company, a web development and hosting shop, a barbershop, bars and restaurants, residential and commercial property managers, a nonprofit, handyman services, and pressure washing crews.
That range is on purpose. A salon's books and a property manager's books have almost nothing in common, and the fastest way to get numbers you can rely on is to work with someone who already understands how your industry bills, pays, and closes out a month.
What clients get from us is consistency. Transactions get handled while they're still fresh, accounts are reconciled every month, and reports arrive without anyone having to chase them down. It all runs through one company, so nothing falls between a bookkeeper, a payroll service, and whoever handles the invoicing.
Our office is in downtown Phoenix. Because nearly all of the work happens in your accounting software rather than across a desk, we take on clients anywhere in the United States, and Phoenix-area clients are welcome to meet in person whenever it helps.
You should never have to wonder what your business made last month.
What lands in your inbox
Profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow, with the accounts already reconciled before anything is sent. If you want it cut a different way, by job, property, crew, or location, that gets built into the same monthly package.
How we'd get started
Short onboarding, and no commitment before you know exactly what it costs.
A short call
About half an hour. You tell us what the business does, how the books are handled now, and what's causing the most trouble.
A look at your books
We go through the current file and tell you plainly what shape it's in, what's reconciled, and how far back any cleanup needs to go.
A written quote
A flat monthly rate for ongoing work, with cleanup priced separately as a one-time project. You see the scope and the price before anything starts.
Get current, then stay current
Cleanup comes first so we're working from accurate numbers. After that it settles into a monthly routine, with reports sent to you every period.
